For Parents & Caregivers

We understand that trusting someone with your loved one is a big decision. Our goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and joy-filled experience where every honored guest is celebrated and cared for from the moment they arrive.

Our incredible team of volunteers is committed to serving with compassion, kindness, and respect. Every guest is paired with a dedicated buddy who will be by their side throughout the evening, ensuring they feel included, supported, and encouraged while making memories they'll never forget.

Whether your loved one enjoys dancing, games, music, quiet conversations, or simply taking in the excitement of the evening, we'll do our best to create an experience where they feel comfortable, valued, and celebrated.

While honored guests enjoy prom night with their buddies, parents and caregivers are invited to relax in a comfortable respite area with refreshments, fellowship, and activities designed just for them.

Parents and caregivers are an important part of the Night to Shine experience as well. We know the love, dedication, and care you give every day, and we hope this evening provides an opportunity for both you and your loved one to experience encouragement, joy, and the love of Christ.

If you have any questions or accommodations you'd like to discuss before the event, we'd love to connect with you. Our desire is to make Night to Shine a wonderful experience for every guest and every family.
