The Experience

The Kids' Gathering is way more than childcare while the adults have real church. We bring concepts down to kids' levels developmentally, and we take to heart the story where Jesus told us the kingdom of Heaven belongs to the kids. We partner with parents in introducing the love of Jesus to their kids! We know that with a relationship with Him as their foundation, the sky is the limit!

Nursery

Ages 0-2

Our nursery team is equipped to care for our littlest friends. Your child will be welcomed into a safe and loving environment full of fun and worship. We have age appropriate toys and activities, and our goal is for you to feel confident dropping off your child so that you can enter into worship and encounter God in an incredible way.

Preschool + Pre-K

Ages 3-5

In our Pre-K class, we provide an intentional time of teaching, worship, and fun activities. We teach foundational truths of what it means to not only follow Jesus, but be loved by Him too!

Elementary

Grades K-5

Elementary Kids is for our 1st - 5th graders. Each week kids spend time in incredible worship, amazing teaching, and tons of hilarious games! We have an absolute blast while kids learn they are loved, seen, and known by a God who wants to encounter them daily!

Special Needs

Buddy System

The Buddy System serves kids with special needs and the medically fragile. At The Kids' Gathering, our heart is for ALL children to engage with the message of Jesus and participate alongside their peers in a way that is calm, joyful, and life-giving. The Buddy System is an on-call network of specially-trained volunteers, as well as a data-base to connect those volunteers to parent/caregiver knowledge.

Make check-in a breeze on Sunday by filling out the form below! Pre-register your family to make check in more convenient for you when you arrive at church! Please start with a parent's information and then add any children who are 6th grade and under.

When do you offer The Kids' Gathering?
The Kids' Gathering is offered Sundays at 9:15am and 11:00am alongside our adult church service.
What about check in?
You'll find our team ready to greet you at check in! Check in begins 30 minutes before each service and check out lasts for 15 minutes following service end.
What's your security policy?
Our Kids' Gathering space is a secure, observed area. Upon checking in your child, you will receive a parent tag that permits you to enter the kids area. This tag will be required in order to pick up your child as well.
If my child is nervous, can I stay in their classroom?
Because our Kids' Gathering space is secure area, only our background checked team members are permitted in the classrooms. We have an experienced team and many leaders who are capable of making sure each child is well cared for. If your child needs your attention, we will contact you via text message.
What do I need to drop off with my child?
If your child is still in diapers, we recommend bringing a diaper bag and bottle/cup. You're welcome to leave anything your child might need during this time. Elementary kids are encouraged to bring a Bible and journal. We provide a nut-free, allergy sensitive snack in each class.
What if my child has allergies?
The Kids' Gathering is a peanut-free area! Please do not bring any peanut products into this area! If your child has any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know at check in. We can provide snacks that are free from gluten, dairy, and dyes as well.
What if my child has special needs?

What is your sick child policy?
Please don't check-in kids if:
They are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms
They have a fever above 99 degrees (without medicine) in the last 24 hours
They have vomited or had diarrhea within the last 24 hours
They have pink eye
They have a persistent, deep cough
They have strep throat
They have unexplained and/or contagious rash
They have lice or scabies
