This team helps to ensure an inviting space by connecting with people, assisting with seating, offering, communion, and maintaining a distraction-free environment.

Create a welcoming and engaging environment for all visitors and newcomers to The Gathering. This position exists to ensure that every guest feels seen, valued, and connected from the moment they arrive. Through hospitality, intentional follow-up, and coordination with other ministries, Guest Information helps foster a sense of belonging from the individual’s first encounter.

Support the flow of worship services. This role is both practical and spiritual, often seen as a ministry of both hospitality and service.

Serves as a vital role in fostering inclusivity and accessibility for the Spanish - speaking members of the congregation. We want to ensure that everyone feels seen, heard, and welcomed— especially those who may be facing language barriers when attending The Gathering.

Cultivate a culture of prayer within the church by interceding for the needs of individuals, the church body, Sunday services, leadership, and the broader community. This team serves as a spiritual support system, offering compassionate, and faith - filled prayer both before and during services, and throughout the week.
This team creates a fun-filled environment where kids can grow in their relationship with God. They welcome families, ensure a safe space, and intentionally invest in the lives of children through teaching, worship, games, and more! *Requires a background check*

Welcomes families and manages the secure check-in/check-out process for children’s ministry. Ensures each child is properly registered, provides name tags, and communicates with parents as needed. Plays a key role in creating a friendly and safe first impression.

Teacher- Provides a safe, nurturing environment for infants and toddlers. Responsible for preparing and leading age-appropriate Bible Lessons, songs, and activities. Ensures all children are cared for with patience and compassion, while also guiding Nursery Assistants in supporting the classroom.
Assistant- Supports a Nursery Teacher by helping care for infants and toddlers. Assists with activities, playtime, and transitions while maintaining a safe and loving environment. Provides practical assistance so the Teacher can focus on classroom leadership.

Teacher- Leads preschoolers in interactive Bible lessons, songs, crafts, and activities that introduce foundational truths about God. Prepares lesson materials and engages children with enthusiasm and creativity. Provides direction for Pre-K Assistants to ensure a smooth classroom experience.
Assistant- Helps a Pre-K Teacher implement lessons, crafts, and activities for preschoolers. Provides support during transitions, group time, and play. Offers encouragement and guidance to children while assisting the Teacher in maintaining a fun, Christ-centered environment.

Teacher- Prepares and teaches Bible lessons, based on provided curriculum, designed to help children grow in their understanding of Scripture and their relationship with God. Leads activities, discussions, worship, and prayer times, while modeling Christlike character. Oversees classroom flow and directs an Elementary Assistant in support roles.
Assistant- Works alongside an Elementary Teacher to encourage and guide students during lessons, activities, worship, and group discussions. Helps manage classroom dynamics, assists with materials, and provides individual support to students as needed.

Provides one-on-one support for children with special needs to ensure they feel included and cared for. Adapts activities to fit the child’s abilities and helps them engage with lessons and peers. Serves as an encouraging, patient presence while supporting the Teacher and Assistant.

Create a safe, faith-filled environment where girls can grow in their relationship with God, build strong friendships, and discover their God-given value.

Invest in boys by helping them grow in their faith, character, and leadership through mentorship, skill-building activities, and meaningful relationships.
This team assists with creative content, including Sunday morning service production, photo, and video that helps communicate the heart and vision of The Gathering.

Enhance worship and teaching by operating lighting that supports the mood, focus, and flow of the service, creating an environment where the congregation can engage with God without distraction.

To operate and mix live audio for services and events, ensuring clear, balanced, and professional sound that supports preaching, teaching, music, and community activities. Helping congregants and visitors engage fully, connect with one another, and join in worship and service to God.

Assist the congregation’s engagement in worship and teaching by managing song lyrics and sermon slides, ensuring everything is displayed clearly, accurately, and at the right time.

To coordinate the camera operators' visuals together for services and events, ensuring that the best quality video content is shown to our viewers. Helping those in attendance and visitors away from the services engage fully, connect with one another, and join in worship and service to God.

To capture and share The Gathering Church’s worship, teaching, and community life using a video camera, creating clear, engaging visual content that helps both attendees and those outside the church see God at work, learn about the church’s mission, and feel invited to join in community and worship.

First-impression makers - Before people ever come through our doors, they look us up online—website, instagram, facebook, or youtube—we get to show people what The Gathering is like.
History keepers - Who writes the story of the church? How do we record what God did and mark the promises that come to pass? Photo and video are record-keeping mediums. We record the life of the church in ways that help us remember these seasons.
Artists - The Bible includes an extensive history of God anointing artists to accomplish His work. At The Gathering, we want to be a place that empowers the God-given gifts of each person, encouraging everyone to become participants in the building Kingdom of God.
This team pours into the next generation of junior high and high school students through fun and exciting worship, events, camps, missions trips, and life-changing retreats. *Requires a background check*

To lead and guide youth on their walk with God. Meet the teens on their level and giving biblical
direction for situations. Helping to create or maintain a firm foundation with Jesus.
